HYPNOTHERAPY & RTT

Hypnotherapy & Rapid Transformational Therapy

Explore the patterns, beliefs and responses that may be influencing how you think, feel and behave — in a calm, supportive and confidential setting.

What is hypnotherapy?

Hypnotherapy uses focused attention and deep relaxation to help you explore thoughts, beliefs and patterns that may be operating beneath everyday awareness.

You remain aware and in control throughout the session. The aim is not to make you do anything against your wishes, but to create a calm space in which different ways of thinking and responding can be explored.

Rapid Transformational Therapy, often shortened to RTT, combines hypnotherapy with elements of therapeutic conversation and other techniques to explore the possible roots of longstanding patterns.

What might you explore?

People come to hypnotherapy for many different reasons. Your sessions are shaped around you rather than a fixed programme.

Confidence & self-belief

Explore beliefs or patterns that may be affecting the way you see yourself and the choices you make.

Habits & familiar patterns

Look more closely at responses or behaviours that feel difficult to change through conscious effort alone.

Emotional wellbeing

Create space to explore thoughts and feelings that may be contributing to stress, self-doubt or feeling stuck.

What happens in a session?

A session begins with a conversation about what you would like support with. Jo will explain the process and give you the opportunity to ask questions before beginning.

During the hypnotherapy itself you are guided into a relaxed, focused state. You can hear what is being said, communicate with Jo and remain in control throughout.

The exact approach will depend on you, your reasons for coming and what feels appropriate during the session.

Would you like to explore hypnotherapy with Jo?

You do not need to know exactly what you need before booking. You can begin by talking with Jo about what has brought you here.
